SUGAR LIFE
The question we get asked the most: How long will my sugar cubes last? Sugar has no shelf life, that is to say it can last in a solid state FOREVER. I recommend that you store it in a dry location out of direct sun and enjoy it within 2 years of purchase. ~ Have fun, we always have more!

GIFT WRAPPING
At this time we do not offer additional gift wrap. All of our orders are packed in black tissue paper with a kraft shred and are suitable for shipping directly to your recipient.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

WHAT IS OOAK?
"One Of A Kind". I often make multiples of an item especial in my ceramics. When I create them I use the same drawings, clay, glazes, beads or linoleum blocks to create them but they are never identical. If you wish to buy an item that is OOAK please look through the photos, it will give you an idea of some of the variation that occur.
If you see something in particular you want, that is no longer in stock. We can do our best to create another that is similar. If you are interested, please contact us.

SHIPPING 2020 - COVID-19
At this time we are shipping every day. Priority has been given to essential items. If you have concerns about delivery please contact us PRIOR to placing an order and we will gather as much information as possible from our network of etsy sellers.
- US orders have had slight delays.
- International orders have experienced severe delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note the following BEFORE placing your order.

You are responsible for ALL TAXES, TARIFFS, VAT TAXES OR FEES based on your countries laws. We are not responsible for the additional fees imposed once your order arrives. Please know we understand and wish there was an alternative. If you are not willing to pay the fees, we understand and respectfully ask you not to make the purchase
We understand that shipping is incredibly high, and that fees only compound this. But will not mark and item a gift for you to avoid fees.
- Any Orders Returned due to your non-collecting will not be refunded.

WEDDINGS & PARTIES

We love to do Weddings and Party Favors. If you are looking for something completely customized contact us. We like to have at least 30 days to complete orders. It may take more time the closer it is to the Halloween busy season.

Tea Balls: Hand wash and dry. These are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.
Masks: Hand wash warm water line dry. Or use CDC current guidelines for sanitation.
